10ml parts Campari
10ml carrot juice
10ml pineapple juice
10ml lime juice
5ml simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into a large cocktail glass over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
